Hi! My name is Lara and I am the Owner/Founder of LeKa Bliss. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1998 and before that, in social services. I have always enjoyed helping others. I love teaching group exercise classes and having participants feel their best.

With that in mind, and combining my passions for delightful scents, aesthetic beauty, and thoughtful gifts, the idea of LeKa Bliss came to fruition during the planning of my wedding. Determined to offer our guests a lasting memento, I sought to create a gift that would bring simple joy beyond the event. Drawing inspiration from my love for candles and elegant matches, I crafted a signature candle scent and attractive match bottles to serve as tokens of appreciation. This creative endeavor has now led to my own business where I aim to provide that simple joy for the home, mind and body through thoughtful gifts, home decor & more. This is just the beginning!
